1. All work undertaken in accordance with IEN’s Standard Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is available on request.
2. All work is undertaken in accordance with IEN’s service protocol for NOPS (common contaminant) screening for equine feedstuffs. Specific variation to this must be arranged and agreed in writing.
